We do not exaggerate if we say that women are all society, not half of it, and to succeed an integrated society, women must be properly formulated and develop their capabilities in all areas of life. From this point of view, international organizations have launched the term and principle of empowering women.

Empowerment is the role of women in societies.

Entire states, businesses, communities and groups benefit from the implementation of programs and policies that embrace the concept of women’s empowerment, as empowerment is one of the core procedural matters to address human rights and development issues.

Empowering women refers to the strengthening of women in contemporary societies, not women's departure from their religion, customs and true traditions. Their empowerment is measured by the extent of women's participation in a country in the political and economic fields: and the measure of the gender equality index is that it does not conflict with what God Almighty preferred both sexes over each other.

Human development, the method of possibilities, the Millennium Development Goals and other reliable methods and goals refer to the empowerment and participation of women as a necessary step that must be taken if countries are to overcome the obstacles associated with poverty and development.
