The Women's Empowerment Division of the University of Basra organized an awareness campaign on haemorrhagic fever disease in collaboration with the Department of Public Health, the Directorate of Youth and Sports and the Directorate of Municipalities of Basra, covering the areas of Al-Jazeera (Al-Fayha).
The campaign's supervisor and director of the Women's Empowerment Division, Ms. Wafa Hasaj Al-Miyahi, stated that the campaign included field lectures, distribution of awareness and poster tags, as well as recording of irregularities and negative cases to be addressed by the competent authorities.
