The Women's Affairs Division of the University of Basra, in cooperation with the Faculty of Fine Arts, organized a workshop on "Drafting administrative correspondence".

The workshop delivered by Ms. Khadija Shukri Faisal attended was aimed at enhancing the participants' management writing skills. As well as improving their ability to formulate official messages accurately and effectively, which contributes to improving the quality of management communication within organizations, and achieving greater effectiveness in management interactions and information sharing.

The workshop emphasized the importance of clarity, accuracy and professionalism of management messages to enhance effective communication within organizations.
