  The College of Computer Science and Information Technology, in cooperation with the Women’s Affairs Division at the University of Basrah , organized a workshop on “Electronic Blackmail and its Impact on Women”

The workshop aimed to demonstrate the impact of the phenomenon of electronic blackmail on women and society in general.
The workshop included an explanation of the methods and motives of electronic blackmail, as well as transferring knowledge and awareness about this type of digital attacks by providing effective strategies to confront this phenomenon and enhance awareness of the importance of preventing it and supporting those affected.
